1. Add together: A File

While creating a thread or responding to somebody else's thread adhere a file to your mail service.

Files can be most file types, documents, images etc.

1. Start a thread or reply to a thread.
2. Later entering the subject and the text of the reply, click on the Add Attachments link.
3. Click on the Upload and locate the file on your computer.
4. Click on the file then click Open.
5. Alternatively, drag and driblet a file into the drag area.
6. Click the Post push button.

The file is fastened to the mail and tin be downloaded by others in the form by clicking a link.

2. Add: An Image

Add an epitome "inline" with your postal service.  This epitome is viewed as role of the post, not an attachment to be downloaded.

2. Click on the Insert Image icon in the push bar in the html editor (image of a camera).

3. Embed: Online Media

Embed a video from youtube, vimeo, etc., into your word post.

1. Start a thread or reply to a thread.
2. Click the Insert Stuff icon in the push button bar in the html editor.
3. Scroll down the list of options and select Enter Embed Lawmaking.
4. Paste the embed code for the video you wish to embed (these codes tin can be copied from the third political party site that hosts the video and pasted into other sites).
5. Click Adjacent.
6. Click Insert.
7. Click Post.

Note: Most embed codes are not "responsive" meaning when viewed on a small screen such every bit a telephone the video does not resize.  If you want your video to piece of work on all devices locate the link to the video, go to https://iframely.com/embed and paste the link into the box, click the Embed At present button, then re-create and paste the resulting code into your mail service using the above steps.

4. Record: Audio

Include audio in your post.

   Note: On a mobile device, click on the Choose File selection and so select take Accept Video.

   
6. Record your Video Note (maximum thirty minutes).  Click Stop Recording when you are finished.
   • You can preview the audio by clickingPlay. Re-tape past clicking the New Recording button again.

7. When you are satisfied with the audio, click Next.

   
8. Enter a title and description of your video.

   Note: A screen reader will read the title and description of the video note.

9. Change the Audio Linguistic communication to the language you lot spoke when you recorded your Video Note.
10. Select Automatically generate captions from audio.
11. ClickAdjacent.
12. You lot may encounter a message that the file is processing; it is not necessary to wait for the audio to return. You can finish by clicking Insert.
13. Click Post.

5. Record: Video Notation

Include a Video Note in your postal service.

1. Start a thread or reply to a thread.

3. Click Video Notation.
4. Allow your browser to access your microphone and webcam.

   • You can preview the video by clickingPlay. Re-record by clicking the New Recording button again.

7. When you are satisfied with the video, click Side by side.

   
8. Enter a title and description of your video.

   Note: A screen reader will read the title and description of the video annotation.

9. Alter the Audio Language to the language you lot spoke when you recorded your Video Note.
10. Select Automatically generate captions from audio.
11. ClickSide by side.
12. You may see a message that the media file is currently existence transformed, it is not necessary to wait for the video to render. You tin can click the Refresh Preview button, or you can insert the file to view it later on and finish by clicking Insert.
13. Click Post.

Note: If you receive a message to check back later while Voice Annotation loads the video, clickPostal service, then your thread will be posted and the video will appear later. Exercise non refresh your browser nor shut it before clicking Mail service or your video could be lost.
